Effective May 15, 2026. These terms apply to AZUR LLC website browsing, checkout requests, direct sales, sourcing requests, marketplace routing, and supplier-backed fulfillment.
The website checkout is an order-request flow unless a live payment link says otherwise. AZUR confirms live availability, final price, tax, shipping cost, shipping window, and payment method before an order is treated as final.
Product availability is not guaranteed until AZUR confirms the item is still available from AZUR inventory, a marketplace route, or an approved supplier. If an item is unavailable, AZUR will contact the buyer before final payment whenever possible.
Displayed prices may exclude shipping, taxes, marketplace fees, supplier shipping, and any final payment-provider charges unless the product card or payment link clearly says otherwise. Direct website orders may require tax calculation before final payment.
Shipping windows are estimates until confirmed. If AZUR advertises a specific shipping time, AZUR works to ship within that time. If no time is stated, AZUR uses the online-order expectation of shipping within 30 days or contacting the buyer about delay, cancellation, or refund options.
Some items may be fulfilled through approved vendor or direct-ship channels. AZUR remains the buyer-facing store contact, but supplier inventory, shipping timing, packaging, carrier scans, returns, and substitutions can depend on the supplier's current rules and stock status.
Items routed through eBay, Whatnot, or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace's terms, shipping rules, buyer protection rules, payment processing, tax handling, and return process.
For raw trading cards, Funko, toys, and collectibles, condition notes and grade estimates are good-faith opinions based on visible information. Unless an item is sealed or third-party graded, AZUR does not promise a professional grade, resale value, or future grading outcome.
Coin, bullion, and precious-metal listings are collectibles or merchandise listings, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Values can change. Buyers should review photos, certification details, and item descriptions before final payment.
Return and cancellation options depend on item category, item condition, payment status, supplier route, marketplace route, and whether the order has already shipped. AZUR will confirm category-specific return details before final payment when a buyer asks.
Buyers are responsible for entering accurate name, email, phone, shipping address, and order notes. AZUR may pause an order if details look incomplete, inconsistent, or risky.
AZUR may decline, cancel, or hold an order request when fraud, address mismatch, payment risk, abusive behavior, supplier restriction, or marketplace-policy risk is suspected.
AZUR may update these terms as the storefront, inventory, payment methods, supplier routes, or marketplace operations change. The effective date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
