Store FAQ

Quick answers about inventory, checkout, and partner fulfillment.

What does AZUR LLC sell?

AZUR is currently leading with coins, bullion, consumer electronics, and certified collectibles, with room to add more inventory and images after the core storefront is finished.

Are all products physically stocked by AZUR?

No. Some products are stocked directly by AZUR and some are fulfilled through approved supplier or marketplace partner routes. AZUR confirms the live route before final payment.

Why does AZUR confirm availability after checkout request?

Because supplier, marketplace, and collectible inventory can move fast. AZUR confirms live availability first so buyers are not charged against dead stock or a product that cannot ship.

How long does shipping take?

Each product card may include an estimated shipping window. AZUR confirms final timing before payment for request-based orders. If a paid order is delayed, AZUR contacts the buyer about the next step.

Am I paying when I submit checkout?

Not usually. The AZUR checkout page creates an order request by text, call, or copied summary. A sale is final only after AZUR confirms availability, shipping, tax, and the payment step, unless you use a specific live Stripe payment link.

How are taxes handled?

Marketplace sales may be handled through the marketplace tax process. Direct website or manual AZUR orders may need tax calculated before final payment, depending on product type and delivery location.

Can I request something that is not listed?

Yes. Use the contact page to send the item name, budget, and quantity you want sourced.

How do returns work?

Returns depend on product category, condition, payment status, supplier route, marketplace route, and whether the item has shipped. Review the terms page and ask before payment if return eligibility matters.

Are raw card grades guaranteed?

No. Raw-card grade notes are AZUR's good-faith estimate from visible condition. Only third-party graded slabs carry the grading company's assigned grade.

Why does a marketplace link still say azurwholesalellc?

Some marketplace usernames are legacy handles. The current legal business name used on this website is AZUR LLC, and document-matching updates should continue inside each platform account.
